hi, i am trying to enter the royal mail tracking number on my 'mark as sent' in the returns process. however, all numbers i enter (FAD, Session-id or Bar Code number) all give an error message saying this number already exists in the system - there are no other reference type numbers i have on the slip from the post office that i can enter and as i just did this a few mins ago i cannot see that all these numbers can exist in the ebay system. i am stuck and now cannot mark the parcel as sent. anyone got any ideas? thanks, E
