I put a bad review on a customer today because the clock I bought wasn’t working. After fiddling around with the battery terminal it now works. I would like to take my negative comments down in order not to give the seller a bad name. how can I do that?

Ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision request.  If they don't know how tell them to go to Site Map, bottom of any page > scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.
