Hi all,
I bought a parasol and arranged to return it via the automated service.
It charged me the standard £3.99.
I was then directly contacted from the seller via ebay saying the label was wrong and only based 0-2kg, which is correct as the tent weighs 20kg. They have also given me a different address to return it to.
Any advise would be appreciated.
