Returns from buyer

Hi. I am really new to eBay selling and have a buyer requesting refund. They say that there is a stone missing from pendant. I know that it was perfect.  I  am aware that I will have to accept return. I have not been able to provide pre paid postage label for return and am worried that eBay will step in and the buyer will be allowed to keep the item and I will be out of pocket. I want it back! Any advice very grateful l

Buyer opens ebay case for not as described, you issue label through case, buyer prints it off their end.

You refund when item returned.

Hi. There is nothing showing on case to provide label. Just issue refund?
