Hi, I have returned a parcel to the seller and have had a full refund, but now the parcel has been returned to me saying address unknown and it was a ebay label and sorted and refunded by ebay. I dont know what to do next.
Ebay won't be interested, you have refund.
It is up to seller to keep address up to date.
Politely message seller & say "Happy to return item if they supply label or money to cover postage or you will dispose of after 21 days"
