Before i start, This has never happened to me so far but i am curious to know.
If a Buyer purchases an item from you and does not like the item. How long does the buyer have to get in touch with you and ask for a refund? Can a buyer hold onto an item the purchased say for 10 to 12 day after receiving the item and then decide they do not like the item? Surely there must be a time limit.
Your help would be appreciated
For "change of mind" returns the seller decide their own timescale, or if they accept them at all. You don't accept returns according to your listings so you can refuse it. For "not as described" returns, which sellers have to accept, ebay allows 30 days.
