Returning an item to China?

The seller who posted an item from a UK address now wants me to return the item to an address in China. When I protested she wants to refund 50% but I dont want the poor quality item. I've opened a case but cannot appeal to ebay because of the return request(to China) from the seller

The item goes back to the uk address.

If they are not giving you the address then contact ebay and tell them

They have a policy of mis representation of address
