Return item returned to me

Hi

Can anyone help please - I have returned an item using the printed label from ebay and paying the postabe however the parcel has been returned to me stating the return address does not exist (even though it was printed from the ebay site).  I have emailed the seller - do I need to do anything else ie open a dispute (and if do how do I do this) because the item I purchased is not showing in my history???

Did you actually buy it through eBay? If so, there will be a record of the transaction in your purchase history in your My EBay pages. If you were persuaded to pay the seller direct and not through eBay's checkout there will be nothing that they can do.

Even if you definitely bought it through eBay, we don't know when and how you paid, when it was delivered, why you are returning it or even whether you have aloready opened an return request or money back guarantee case through the resolution centre. All we know is what you tell us, and I'm afraid that it's almost impossible to help you with solittle information.
