Hi  I have big problem with refund. seller didn't print label I don't have printer and it's everything closed now I can't ask eBay for step because its marked to return I'm not sure if I close the return I can get money back I was in touch with seller but after last msg 2 week ago nothing 😭 any suggestions how I can sort that

You can buy your own postage at your post office but you need to contact ebay and ask them to change the tracking number on the return.   Once it shows that the item has been delivered back to the seller the refund will be issued.
