Return Item without address

my question is I've purchase products two items but they didn't meet my expectation for one reason or another. 
I try to return the item but they didn't give the address I'm such as street name or post code.  Although I wa wrecking my brains  on how to to to send back I txt few reply in which only gives me the help with postage costs. Still there were no address only details if the purchased items such as numbers but nothing alphabetic.  Basically no address to return

You dont just send items back you either open a return request if you have changed your mind or just not what you wanted

You can only do that if the seller has Returns accepted but yours is a business so they have to accept items back

If not as described then you open a not as described dispute 

The seller sends a pre paid label for the return of the item

If they dont then you escalate to ebay after a full three days

You do it all through a case and it is all automated
