Hello there, I bought an item off of eBay, it was an exercise bike. The product came faulty so I sent it back to the company to have it "fixed", they sent it back to me still broken, but are now saying I have to pay to have it "fixed" again because it was out of the return window.
Where do I stand, because I have a faulty bike, that's been faulty since I bought it, but it's past the 21 day return date.
Why didn't you just use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described for a Full Refund? A UK Seller has to pay the Return Postage. You have 30 days from Delivery.
If you are out of time open a Case with PayPal. You have 180 days Buyer Protection. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Add in the Notes how it was Faulty on Delivery. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
Apply for PayPal 's Postage Offer " Returns On Us." Before opening the Case.
