Retracting a refund

Hi,

I was trying to mark a mattress that I dropped off for a buyer last week to dispatched, but I marked it cancelled and now it's refunded the buyer from my bank account even though she's had the mattress a week. Is there any way I can get my money back as I do not want to refund her!!!

You need to ask the buyer to repay the money  but there is no way to force them

They could pay by bank transfer or through paypal Friends and family or you can send a request payment
