Items never arrived and seller didn't respond to my messages. I left negative feedback after patiently waiting for 2 1/2 weeks, and opened a case - refund still pending. Seller has left feedback that I was rude and I would like to respond. 👍
Well, there's good news and bad news here.
Good news is, that you can get that feedback removed by calling eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above. Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers, it's a policy violation to do so.
Type into bar there ... feedback removal request. Just a word of warning, as I have just had a member telling us that CS did not remove a similar case of feedback left, so I do suggest calling first thing, lines open at 8 a.m. on weekdays, more chance of Dublin answering.
BAD news is, if they spot your negative you left, they will also remove it, as you broke feedback rules by mentioning opening a case.
Don't bother to reply to comment.
Contact ebay & ask them to remove feedback, sellers are not allowed to leave negative comments for buyers.
Click help & contact at top of page.
Make sure you escalate case 9 days after opening.
