Reopen a cancelled return, due to not being able to print the postage label.

i tried to print a label to return a item, when we tried to print the label it wouldn’t let us, so we ended up cancelling the return, but we still need to return the item.?

not sure what to do.

You could try speaking to ebay eBay Customer Support

Once you have closed a return you cannot reopen it. 

Depending on the reason for return you may be able to open a case with your payment source.
