Remove or delete items on phone

Been trying to get rid of items which I have been looking at in the watching and buying lists. Phone is getting clogged up with out of date items. Any advice or help will be appreciated.

Many complaints about the App, Old & New, It's rubbish, Use a web browser instead.

Use a junk cleaner on your phone.
