Removal of item from history

How do you get ebay to step in to resolve,item returned,seller received but deleted item from my buying history so not able to contact seller and can't proceed with resolution centre,just sends me round and round,can't even leave negative feedback.....help

Cases are all automated,  if you opened one for a return,  you needed to enter the tracking number of the item sent back,  the seller then has 48 hours to refund you.  If they do not ,  you must escalate the case for eBay to seyp in and fully refund you.

 

If you do not escalate,  and do nothing,  the case times out and closes.

 

You cannot open another with eBay for this item,  but can try and open one with Paypal.  Here do not forget to escalate after 2 days,  and before 20 for your refund.
