Refuse refund

I purchased some sandals, they arrived too small , I thought the seller was from London but quickly realised they were from China , they are refusing returns and offering me a small amount of money, I'd like them to pay for the return as they said they where uk based

You only have to Return the Sandals to the Location you bought them from. Check the Location from under their Postage Tab. If it says London that is where you Return them to. "Too Small" is a Change of Mind Return. If the Listing says they Accept Returns within 30 days open an EBay Returns Case in the Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case after 4 days for Ebay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
