WHAT have you done already, all refunds are obtained by opening a Case of some sort. No seller should refund just because you ask, that damages their account and costs them money.

Refunds when made go back to source so it all depends how you paid in the first place, if a Credit Card it can take 30 days. You can see if a refund has been started by looking at your purchases and if the PAID £ symbol has changed to a refunded Symbol the refund has been started.
