I sold an item in English on the uk eBay site but my buyer was in Germany. All his messages were in English. I'm pretty sure he's requested a refund but it's hard to tell exactly what's going on because the form is in German. I can't find how to do this in English! I can copy and paste bits into google translate but there's so much separate text it's not really feasible. Any advice??
