Hi, hope you can advise - I've had a refund request from a buyer for an item I posted with proof of postage 7weeks ago. I'm reluctant to issue a refund 1. Due to time elapsed and 2. Proof of postage (not recorded), but obviously don't want to create a bigger issue in the long run. Any advice? Many thanks
