Refund from seller and a charge??

Hi hope someone can help, I can’t find a way to contact eBay about this.

I bought an item on eBay that was originally £20.99 but with an eBay discount code came to £16.79.

I unfortunately had to return this item for a refund and it required me opening a case with eBay.
Upon opening this case I was charged a further £3.25 out of nowhere (I hadn’t bought anything.)

My case was successful and the case details showed that I would receive £20.99 refund.

I have now received the £16.79 refund from the original seller however I now have an outlying money I have been charged and not refunded.

I thought it was possibly to make the difference from the voucher, but this equates to £20.04, which would be less than the original price AND the case details refund price.

Anyone had a similar situation? Or does anyone have any idea what the random eBay charge is for? Will it be refunded?

Any help would be great!! Thanks in advance.

£3.25 is cost of return label, which ebay charge you for.

You won't get voucher back, only money you actually paid out.
