Refund for item not collected

I bought bath for £150 but they then sent a picture just before I collected. It showed the bath was damaged. This was not declared in earlier photos. Now I have asked for a refund but eBay is asking to to send the bath back, when I haven’t even collected it.

The seller is stalling on the refund. What can I do. I can’t return it?
