Refund for a cancelled item

My item got lost in the post and the seller has failed to refund me after almost two weeks. They have told me to seek help using Ebay Customer Service but I can't work out how to open a case. The Resolution Centre keeps sending me around in circles and telling me to click on options that don't even exist. I just want my money back and the website is completely useless. Help?

The seller is 100% correct.  You must use the eBay resolution centre.  Simply open a "non reecipt" case and escalate after 3 full business days if needed.   Unless seller can show - by tracking - that the item was delivered you will get a full refund

Have you opened a formal 'Not received' case within 30 days  from item expected delivery date, escalated to eBay on 4th. day and continued to completion ? ... ignore any Seller promises  >
