Received framed print that has been damaged in the post, what do I do next ?

If I receive an item that is badly damaged through the careless handling of the postal service who is at fault, the seller packed the item well, however the frame is broken and the glass is smashed, not sure what to do next really as it is not the sellers fault...

if the item arrived broken the seller didn't pack it well enough,

you need to open a not as described case in the Resolution Centre

the seller then needs to refund you and make a claim through Royal Mail
