Buyer hassling

A buyer is hassling about delivery. I sent the parcel and have shown him the Proof of delivery. Other parcels I sent at the same time have just arrived recently so in theory it should be due any day. The item he bartered for and I sold to him for 25 when I was asking 40. He is hounding me re delivery and has put in a message to ebay saying the item is lost etc amd threatening further action. Even though I only posted it a few days ago 1st class. Looking on his profile he is selling multiple boxsets of this particular show (all the same) for between £70 - £90. So not only is he being nasty he is obviously just out to make money off people. I feel manipulated in the way he got the price reduced. I'm a very anxious person and his manner and threats are making me ill. Do I have any rights as a seller? It seems he is doing this to multiple people

"Proof of delivery"  I think you mean roof of Postage. If it is a Parcel then the PoP has a Tracking Number on it that is what you must use and enter on ebay, as otherwise he can just open a Not Received Case and you will have to refund.

You must enter tracking on the item BEFORE a Not Received case is opened.

I can't see that you have sold anything on this ID, I hope you did not sell outside ebay, as that could cause a serious problem.
