REMOVING MY ADDRESS FROM MY INVOICE / PACKING SLIP

My first 38 invoice packing Invoice packing Slips did not include my Address today for some reason they now include my Address I have tried every option but to no avail it says All of the following template additions are optional.i cant find a way to remove address Thanks in Advance

I don't know why the first ones didn't show it, unless you weren't registered as a business seller at that time,

as a registered business your name and address have to appear on the invoice.
