RE: Gazebo isn’t actually water proof

i don't know what to do. I've finally been able to set up the gazebo in our garden as it was difficult with the lockdown and needed 3 other people to help. But this gazebo isn't what I thought it was - it is meant to be heavy duty. Firstly it is fragile and isn't safely strong to hold the plastic cover high enough to lock out. Secondly it isn't even water proof, it's good through with the light rain that has happened today in London and it's the lightest rain so far - I can't imagine what will happen later. I'm really upset and traumatised by this purchase, I'm trying to find the seller but it's non existence. I want to refund and get what I had been looking for. Please can someone guide me? I would really appreciate it.

When did you Purchase it?  You had 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal. If you have passed those deadlines, there isn't anything you can do. You need to be careful who you Buy from on here. Check their Feedback before Buying.

If you Paid through PayPal. Log in and sign up to their "Returns On Us" Postage Offer whereby PayPal Pay up to £15.00 of the Return Postal Charges.

Then find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side. Open a Case for Item Not As Described. Add in the Notes that you have only just opened up the Gazebo and found that the Item is Not As Described. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
