Can anyone tell me where I would find a QR code?
I've purchased a hoover and collected it in person.
The seller has contacted me and asked me for a QR and 6 digit number.
I've not had an email from ebay, yet in an email the seller sent me it states "After you've completed your purchase we'll send you a an email with a collection code (QR & 6 digit number) to your messages you can either print it off to show the seller or use the app,
I haven't received an email from ebay and don't know where to find this QR code?
I must say as a buyer, if I have to do this each time I purchase from ebay I'll stop using it, I've wasted so much time trying to find this illusive bl""dy QR code, that if feels like a chore.
As the customer I really don't want any of this hassle I just want to buy and go and not do any communications with the seller.
I think we've needed to Whatsapp a few times trying to establish where this bl""dy QR code is!
Not happy having to do administration for ebay, if this code is so important then why don't they send it the seller directly instead of sending a message to me that hasn't arrived.
