Prompted to Register for Managed Payments but no such option

Hello,
I received an email from ebay that I have to register  with Payoneer by following the prompts in My Ebay/Seller Hub but there is no such thing in my account. No prompt, no links to do it, nothing.

How do I do this?

"eBay has partnered with Payoneer to deliver payouts to sellers in your region. Your payouts will be made to your Payoneer account in US Dollars. Your proceeds from sales on eBay will no longer be paid out to your PayPal account. If you already have a Payoneer account, you can link it to your eBay account during registration. You may also create a new Payoneer account using the link provided during the registration process.

If you have not registered by 4 August 2021 for eBay to manage your payments, you will no longer be able to create new listings, and all active and scheduled listings (including those with bids and offers) associated with your account will end"

This is Ebay UK.  As you are shown as registered in the UAE and goods are shown as being in Canada, I suspect that the message you received was from ebay.com, in which case that is where you should be trying.

I have no seen anything about ebay uk being partnered with Payoneer.
