It would seem that I am no longer able to leave feedback for international sale! I have two buyers who have received their purchases and left me positive feedback. I have tried to leave feedback for them but when I click on the blue 'Leave Feedback' button, it displays this message

I can't find a way of reporting this, or any other system glitches to eBay, so I am hoping someone can help and that eBay might read this and sort it!!!
