Payment method query

Cannot add visa debit card payment method via the app nor via mobile phone browser on WiFi or phone data connection. All details have been double checked and no mistakes have been noted. Please help.

If this is to be used for buying you need to add your card to your Paypal account

Thanks Stephen. I've just spent a few minutes signing up with PayPal. I'm new to that service so bound to have made a nause up. I'll probably be back again later. Thanks again for your reply. Have a merry Christmas
