3 weeks ago I paid through paypal for an item. I got two emails with a receipt for payment and another to wait for confirmation of the item being sent. The money went out of my bank account 2 days later. Messaged the seller when the item never came. eBay keeps telling her that they are still waiting for my payment and no money has gone back into my account or any emails saying the payment wasn't sent. Is there a way of contacting eBay to look into this without making the seller look bad?
