Sold item and parcelforce attempted delivery. It was tracked and buyer given tracking number. She insists delivery was not attempted. Eventually box returned to me. It was free delivery that cost me £13 plus all fees. I asked her to pay half to get parcel resent. She refuses and asked for refund. I did ststr refunds not accepted. I do not mind refunding but i am out of pocket .. can i deduct my costs as this parcel was not collected by buyer and delivery was definately attempted
