Parcel delivered this morning by hermes left on doorstep, no knock on the door, how do I stand in getting replacement or refund ?

Check with your neighbours to see if one of them has taken it in
The hermes person in our area keeps leaving parcels with neighbours but dont tell them which one
They are supposed to send a text message or email that done seem to arrive
If you can not find it then your problem is with Hermes
Contact them and ask them where the item is
If the item shows Delivered then you would lose any dispute
It is not the sellers fault or ebay
If you fail to find it then you can try opening a dispute but as said will lose
Contact Citizens advice for their help
