Parcel not received

I posted a parcel out on the 8/3/18, first class. Buyer didn't receive the parcel. I used the tracker system to see that it had been left with a neighbour and a ticket was posted through her door to tell her where.
Please help. How do i resolve this situation?

The buyer needs to open a not received dispute 

 

Once they do then put the tracking or the 16 digit code off the receipt into the dispute

 

As long as it shows delivered ( even too the neighbour) then you win the dispute

 

Make sure it is all done through the restolution centre

 

Have you told her that it was accepted by the neighbour and that they need to collect it.
