I buy item on the 15/04/2021. I find it wasn't working right. I let the seller know. So I wasn't getting anywhere. So I ask ebay to stepping. They ask Me to return the item. They send me a return label. So I ask my work mate to download the label and return the parcel for Me. What he does download the wrong label. Because there was another label on is system. So the parcel was sent argos eBay team Acton gate Stafford. St18 9AR. VZ689679058GB.IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE BY MATE. I even call ebay and explain the situation with parcel. No the case Is close. And know argos don't return back my parcel to me. Thank and have great day.

It may be their mistake, but it's your responsibility.

If the item was sent to a completely different address you obviously can't expect the original seller to refund you, and eBay won't require them to. If the case is now closed that's the end of it.

All you can do is to keep on trying to get the parcel returned from Argos, if you can. They probably don't even have a record of one that had nothing to do with them. If you succeed, you can possibly still file a dispute under Paypal's longer, 180 day buyer protection policy. You would have to persuade them that the item was faulty on delivery in April, as they don't cover faults that occur in use.

OK I didn't expect the original seller to refund when the items was send to completely sent to different address. I was only explaining the situation thank you
