None of my payment going through

Hi, it's two weeks now I'm trying to place order but when I go for check out it's says PayPal is unable to process your payment, I've contacted PayPal and they said there is no problem with my account, I've checked eBay also can't find any problems, please advise and help, many thanks.

Is this from one particular seller you are having problems with?  Or is it happening with every purchase you try to make?

Do you have any unpaid item strikes on your account?  2 or more will stop you buying from the majority of sellers on eBay.

Are your cards you have registered  on eBay and Paypal,   have more than 6 months validity?
