I have a buyer who was going to pay last weekend, then didn't because she had 'family stuff' and said she would pay Monday. On Tuesday I reminded her and was told she didn't get paid till the weekend and she still hasn't paid although I have sent her another reminder.
I canot find how to open a case for non payment with this new system. Any ideas anyone please?
