No listings in my Store

It has been more than 24 hours that I placed my listings and I can see them on the Seller Hub.  However they still don't appear in my store.  Is this normal?  i don't know how to send an email to an eBay support representative as all help is designed to prevent you from contacting a human being.

It can take up to 36 hours to Upload onto the Site.
