No Access to Ebay help on this issue

i attempted to respond to a querry and recieved and without sending any prior message whatsoever i received the following  " You've exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send. Please wait 24 hours to send more messages".

I cannot seem to access Ebay for any assistance through any of their available options

Daft isn't it,  eBay have vastly reduced the number of messages you can send in one day,  you have to wait until tomorrow,  and hopefully you can the  send another.
