New on ebay account is indefinitely restricted for unknown reason?

I recently opened ebay account and purchased a few items to sell which was restricted for verification resons and i was asked to provide documents which i did and after a day i received a reply with no reason provided that the account is indefinitely restricted and i will not be able to sell no more?

It exhibits a risk to eBay and to its community. As eBay is an internet-based business, and its members are our customers, we have to carefully weigh the risks involved in allowing users on our site.

An indefinite restriction means permanent on eBay. The same is liable to be applied to any other account they "assiciate" with your account, for example anyone else with the same address, or who has logged in to eBay using the same connected device.

I'm afraid that there's no help or advice that we can offer, especially as your restriction is evidently for security reasons.

What were the items you bought to resell?  Were they Covid related,  that is masks / gloves etc?  Only registered businesses who were selling these before the pandemic struck in March 2020 are allowed to sell these now.

looking at your listing it's clear that you are/were a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.

Hi i have recently registered a business and while the registration getting done the items i purchased from the supplier i listed on personal account i dont see anythign wrong in doing that? I was going to change the personal account to business when all registration was done.
