Negative feedback for no reson please help me

Hi a person prest but it now on own of my mowers I was selling then didn't contact me then left me negative feed back and called me a harible name for no reason what so ever how do I go about removing this negative feed back as its taken me years to build up my feed back and I think he was a robot so I can't as him or shy nicely to remove it pleas can some won help me please

If your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can cancel the order "buyer has not paid", your selling fees will be refunded and the item will be relisted unless you choose not to and the nuyer will get a mark against their account,you can then ask eBay to remove the feedback.
