Negative Feedback

Hello,

I feel a buyer has left me unfair, negative feedback.

I am not a business, and only sell items to raise a bit of pocket money. 

I feel the comments are based on the item, not my services- as I do not make the item, what can I do?

Will ebay help to resolve this?

I have never encountered negative reviewers like this before, and feel a bit upset by it truly!
