Did you open a Not Received Case. No seller should refund unless through a case, as it will not be recognised by ebay and they will still pay selling fee.
Howdo you know they actioned a refund? How did you pay? Refunds go back o source and are not instant, Debit Cards take 7 days to go back to Bank, Credit Cards 30 days.
Unless done through an Ebay case I doubt that anything would happen about Nectar points/Vouchers.
