Over the top offers such as you describe are usually Scammers. They ask for your Email Address then send a Fake PayPal Email saying you have been Paid. Always check you have actually been Paid from the Seller Hub >> All Orders >> Click on the Payments Tab and view your Payments.

Thanks. The offer is fair value, the listing price was limited by ebay. So, it seems the limit is to protect me as much as the buyer. Thanks.
