My buyer cannot provide a code to confirm she has collected

My buyer has paid for and collected an item, but she did not have a collection code to give me as she sent a taxi. She says she cannot find how to get the code. Can anyone tell me what to advise her to do?

You can mark as Paid and dispatched on the seller hub under Orders
