I am testing out the 'markdown manager' tool that eBay offers to sellers - Does anyone happen to know whether previous buyers of the sale item receive an e-mail notifying them of the offer? Or is it just those who have added it to their watchlist, and those who have actually subscribed to marketing e-mails?
