My entire purchase history has gone and I am being treated as a new member after 15 years!!
Im in this round and round circle of advice and getting nowhere.
Can anyone please show me how to contact ebay to complain or has that button disappeared too??
purchase history is only stred for the current year plus the previous 2 years,
if you mean your feedback there is a 'glitch' where sellers are seeing a blank page, the rest of us can see your full feedback history,
log out and look at it as a guest.
First try this, and use a desktop browser not a mobile browser or app, use Chrome or Firefox. Then go top left of your Purchase History page, make sure Not Hidden is selected. If still no joy, you asked how to contact Customer Support, here's how.
