MY EBAY SITE IS STILL CRASHING IMMEDIATELY I LOG IN

THIS PROBLEM OCCURRED THREE WEEKS AGO AND AFTER CONTACTING EBAY, I WAS ASSURED THERE 9IS A PROBLEM AND THEIR TECHNICIANS WOULD BE 'LOOKING INTO IT AND TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM'. HAVEN'T SEEN ANY RESULTS BUT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT BY GOING TO PAYPAL, THEN CLICKING ON ANY TRANSACTION WITH EBAY. THIS AUTOMATICALLY TAKES YOU THROUGH TO YOUR LISTINGS, AND WHAT'S MORE, IT DOESN'T CRASH! I GET EMAILS FROM EBAY OK AND CAN ACCESS AMAZON WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, SO IT IS DEFINITELY AN EBAY FLAW. I HAVE ALSO CHANGED MY BROWSER, BUT GAINED NOTHING. wHO ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM?

Please do Not type in CAPITALS.

It's hard to read & considered as shouting.

eBay do not rush with their tech problems, some have been recurring for years now.

The App is well know as being rubbish.

eBay prefer Chromes web browser.

IE is obsolete.

eBay is also both Memory & WiFi hungry.

Scan your system for malware.

Make sure your anti-virus is up to date.

I am almost as old as you are but can still read without the caps

Regarded as shouting and you do not have to shout at us. It is not our fault

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer ( this it the important bit after changing anything)

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

The other thing is to check to make sure the browser you are using is up to date

Google the browser updates to check

The ap is useless although I see you say you do not have a mobile

Hopefully something may work but it is trial and error.

I wonder if it is an ebay glitch. They may have said to as they often say things just to close a conversation but there have not been any posts that I have seen on here over the last three weeks with this problem

All you can do is the normal things do not work is to contact ebay again but they are usually not very helpful

Google ebay crashing on log in and see if there are any helpful posts there
