Hi, I am just wondering how to receive a refund from royal mail for an item that's been lost. I don't have the receipt for the item I'm selling and just wondered how to go about getting the value back. Royal Mail lost something before and because I didn't have the receipt for the item only my postage receipt that's all they would refund. Thanks x
It is between you and Royal Mail. There is no way for anyone to remake the rules, if they require evidence of value. A print of the actual sale page used to be good enough, as I am sure that the price you sold for, would be less than you actually paid for the item.
